Source Code Systems provided the software which is the off-line brains and interface of TAPCIS, a CompuServe forum automation program. (CompuServe forums are similar to Usenet newsgroups.) Thanks to advanced, multi-dimensional indexing and careful coding, the message capacity and speed of TAPCIS greatly exceeds that of similar programs while requiring far less memory and CPU.
